We want all our customers to be happy with their online jewellery purchase and be confident purchasing from us and we therefore accept returns up to 14 days after you have received your purchase, provided it is in new, labelled, unused condition and in their original packaging and you have proof of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection by our jewellers before a refund is processed. Items that are worn, scratched, altered (including resized), custom-made, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the sender.
You may choose an exchange, store credit, or refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. We only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
We regret to inform you that body jewelry purchases are non-refundable. Your well-being is our priority, and we want to ensure that every item you receive is brand new, unused, and free from any potential contamination.

It is the customer’s responsibility and cost to return the item back to OM Jewelry. We encourage customers to return goods via registered or trackable postage services. Returned items / parcels remain the property and responsibility of the customer until received and refunded by the seller.
